Dr. Mohammed Alkubeysi practices at Grady Memorial Hospital and Grady’s Camp Creek Comprehensive Care Center. He joined the Morehouse School of Medicine as an associate professor in November 2021.
Before coming to Grady, Dr. Alkubeysi practiced cardiology at Ascension Heart and Vascular Institute in Indiana.
Dr. Alkubeysi’s research interests include hemodynamics in advanced heart failure, the impact of complete revascularization in stage C heart failure, and quality of life in seriously ill populations. He’s published articles on the chronotropic response after bariatric surgery and cardiovascular manifestations in Frederick ataxia patients.
