By Phone

Call (404) 616-1000, Monday-Friday, from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. to schedule your appointment, and one of our scheduling representatives can schedule you to the correct provider and service. Additionally, they can determine if a referral is required for your visit.

If you are an existing Grady patient, have a MyChart account, and want to avoid waiting on hold, you can log in here and make your appointment without having to pick up the phone.

If you do not have a MyChart account, create your MyChart account online or call (404) 616-5551 for assistance.

If this is a medical emergency, please dial 911 immediately and ask to be taken to Grady.
