We call to confirm your appointment 1–2 days before your visit.
If you use MyChart, we send a questionnaire about your health and family history. If not, you can fill it out when you arrive. Please come 20 minutes early.
You’ll talk with your provider about your risk, screening plan, and ways to lower risk.
Your provider will perform a breast exam.
If needed, we’ll connect you with genetic counseling or breast specialists.
Visits usually last 30–60 minutes, and we schedule any follow-up before you leave.
This clinic may be right for you if:
You do not have active breast problems
You do not have a current or past breast cancer diagnosis
You have a strong family history of breast or related cancers
You’ve had high-risk breast findings (such as ADH or LCIS)
A close family member was diagnosed with breast cancer before age 50
Imaging shows you have an intermediate or high risk
