To schedule a screening mammogram online, patients who have seen a Grady provider or who have disclosed an external Primary Care Provider, OBGYN, or Breast Surgeon to Grady may have their mammogram results sent to that provider. Patients who are new to Grady will be assigned a Grady provider to whom their results will be sent. The provider's information will be included in your appointment confirmation email. You can change the provider to whom your results are sent. You can find details in your appointment confirmation email.
If you are new to Grady, this does not establish a new physician-patient relationship. Nor does this reflect an express or implied consent of the physician to a physician-patient relationship. By agreeing to these terms, the patient acknowledges that no physician-patient relationship is hereby established.
