Cascade Outpatient Center Change Location

Cascade Outpatient Center Exterior

Welcome to Grady’s Cascade Outpatient Center. It’s our newest family medicine center and a place where all the members of your family can get routine check-ups, primary care, and care for chronic conditions. We offer care by appointment. And when you aren’t feeling well, you can schedule a same-day appointment or on demand video visits when getting here is a challenge. We’ve designed our Cascade Outpatient Center to make it convenient for you to get the care you need to stay healthy.

We have a long history of caring for the health of the community. We’ll be adding services as we grow to meet the changing needs of our patients and their families.

And we’re welcoming back a familiar name to the community. Dr. Jennifer Francois will be the center’s family medicine provider.
