Doctor's Bio
Dr. Wissam A. Jaber, MD, is a board-certified interventional cardiologist who specializes in diagnosing and treating complex heart and blood vessel conditions. At Grady, he cares for patients with coronary artery disease and other serious cardiovascular conditions, using advanced, minimally invasive procedures to restore blood flow and improve heart health.
Dr. Jaber has extensive experience in interventional cardiology, including coronary angioplasty and stenting and other catheter-based treatments for complex heart disease. He works closely with Grady’s multidisciplinary heart and vascular team to develop personalized treatment plans focused on improving outcomes and quality of life.
In addition to caring for patients, Dr. Jaber is dedicated to advancing cardiovascular care and training future heart specialists. He serves as Director of the Interventional Cardiology Fellowship and is a faculty member at Emory University School of Medicine.
