Doctor's Bio
Nirisha Commodore, MD, is a primary care physician at Grady and the physician leader of Grady’s High-Risk Cancer Program. She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine. She earned her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and completed her residency in internal medicine, with a primary care track, at Emory’s J. Willis Hurst Internal Medicine Program. Her clinical and scholarly interests include breast cancer prevention, early detection, and survivorship; chronic disease management; and improving health outcomes in underserved communities.
