Dr. Michelle H. Allen, MD, FAAP

Michelle Harper Allen, MD, FAAP is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. She is a board-certified pediatrician with Grady Health System.
Dr. Michelle H. Allen is a Florida State University alumnus and graduated with honors, with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Human Science and Child Development. She proceeded to obtain her medical doctorate from Florida State University College of Medicine and was the recipient of the Excellence in Pediatrics Award and the Altruism in Medicine Award for her graduating class in 2012. She then fulfilled her lifelong dream of becoming a pediatrician by completing her medical training at Morehouse Pediatric Residency Program. She served as a Co-Chief resident during her last year. During residency she was also honored with membership into the prestigious Gold Humanism Honor Society, Humanism and Excellence in Teaching as an Outstanding Resident Role Model and the Billie Wright Adams Scholar of the Pediatric Section of the National Medical Association. She holds professional memberships in the American Academy of Pediatrics, National Medical Association and the American Medical Association.
Dr. Allen is passionate about preventive medicine, community service and dedicated to providing quality health care. She is happily married and enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with family and friends and of course, cheering on the Florida State Seminoles.
