Dr. Michael Rosenthal, DMD, is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon who specializes in treating conditions and injuries affecting the mouth, jaw, and face. At Grady, he helps care for patients with facial trauma and other complex surgical needs.

His areas of expertise include facial trauma and reconstruction, corrective jaw surgery, dental implants, impacted wisdom teeth, bone grafting, benign oral and facial conditions, TMJ disorders, and surgical treatment of obstructive sleep disorders.

An Atlanta-area native, Dr. Rosenthal earned his dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at Emory University.

Dr. Rosenthal is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is committed to providing skilled, compassionate surgical care and has also volunteered his expertise through community clinics and international medical missions.
