Doctor's Bio
Dr. Kristen Grabow Moore, MD, is an emergency medicine physician who cares for patients at Grady with a wide range of urgent and life-threatening illnesses and injuries. She is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care while helping train the next generation of emergency medicine physicians.
Dr. Moore earned her medical degree from the University of Southern California and completed her emergency medicine residency there, serving as Chief Resident. Before becoming a physician, she taught middle school science through Teach For America and earned a Master of Education from Loyola Marymount University.
At Grady, Dr. Moore combines her passion for patient care with a strong commitment to medical education. She is a nationally recognized leader in emergency medicine education and founded Foundations of Emergency Medicine, a curriculum used by residency programs across the country. She is also an Associate Professor at Emory University School of Medicine and has received numerous awards for teaching and mentorship.
