Dr. Katherine Fay, MD, is a general surgeon at Grady who specializes in caring for patients with complex gastrointestinal conditions. She treats a wide range of digestive and abdominal conditions and is committed to helping patients understand their treatment options and receive the surgical care that best meets their needs.
Dr. Fay earned her medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine and has more than a decade of experience in surgical care. Her clinical interests include gastroparesis, peptic ulcer disease, pyloric stenosis, and other conditions affecting the gastrointestinal system.
At Grady, Dr. Fay works with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care before, during, and after surgery. She is committed to using evidence-based surgical approaches to help patients recover, improve function, and achieve the best possible outcomes.
