Doctor's Bio
Dr. Jonathan de Olano, MD, is a board-certified emergency medicine physician and medical toxicologist who cares for patients at Grady with poisonings, medication overdoses, toxic exposures, and other medical emergencies. He is dedicated to providing expert, evidence-based care for patients facing complex and time-sensitive conditions.
In addition to his clinical practice at Grady, Dr. de Olano serves as a medical toxicologist with the Georgia Poison Center and is an Assistant Professor at Emory University School of Medicine. His expertise spans emergency medicine, toxicology, and poison prevention, and he works closely with healthcare teams to ensure patients receive timely, specialized care when it matters most.
Dr. de Olano is committed to advancing emergency and toxicology care through education, collaboration, and research while helping train the next generation of emergency physicians.
