Doctor's Bio
Dr. Keith A. Delman, MD, is a surgical oncologist who specializes in the minimally invasive treatment of melanoma and other complex skin cancers. He cares for patients with melanoma, Merkel cell carcinoma, skin adnexal tumors, sarcoma, and other rare cancers, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans.
An internationally recognized leader in melanoma surgery, Dr. Delman co-developed the world’s first minimally invasive inguino-femoral lymphadenectomy for melanoma in 2009. He and his colleagues have since trained surgeons from institutions around the world in this innovative technique.
In addition to caring for patients, Dr. Delman is committed to advancing surgical education. He helped establish the Department of Surgery’s Global Surgery Program and played a key role in earning American College of Surgeons accreditation for the Carlos and Davis Center for Surgical Anatomy and Technique (CSAT), helping train the next generation of surgeons.
