Dr. Dorothy Mitchell-Leef, MD, is an OB/GYN with nearly 40 years of experience helping individuals and couples with fertility concerns. She specializes in reproductive health, infertility, and hormone-related conditions.
Dr. Mitchell-Leef helps patients understand their fertility options and take the next steps toward building a family. She provides consultations for people who have trouble getting pregnant, experience repeated pregnancy loss, or have conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, and hormone imbalances.
Throughout her career, Dr. Mitchell-Leef has helped thousands of families welcome more than 9,000 babies. She has also played a leading role in advancing fertility treatments in Georgia, including early successes with frozen eggs, advanced fertilization techniques, and surrogacy.
Dr. Mitchell-Leef takes a personal approach to care, helping patients understand their options, get the right testing, and connect with specialists when needed. She welcomes individuals and couples of all backgrounds and is committed to helping each patient make informed decisions about their reproductive health.
