Dr. Deepika Koganti, MD

Deepi was born in Odessa, Texas and moved to Jonesboro, Georgia, where she grew up. She attended the University of Miami for college and medical school. She then went to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA for general surgery residency, where she also completed a year of basic science research in burns and bowel obstructions. She is excited to be back home in Atlanta for trauma/critical care fellowship.
