Doctor's Bio

Dr. Brian P. Bobzien, MD, is a double board-certified physician in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine who has helped Grady patients manage chronic pain for more than 12 years. As Director of the Grady Pain Clinic, he is dedicated to helping patients reduce pain, improve function, and return to the activities that matter most.

Dr. Bobzien earned his medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completed his anesthesiology residency at Emory University, and returned to the University of North Carolina for advanced fellowship training in Pain Medicine. He is also an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Emory University School of Medicine.

His clinical practice focuses on comprehensive, multidisciplinary pain management with an emphasis on non-opioid therapies and minimally invasive interventional procedures. Dr. Bobzien treats a wide range of spine and chronic pain conditions, including arthritis, spinal stenosis, pinched nerves (radiculopathy), neuralgia, complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), and fibromyalgia, working closely with each patient to develop a personalized treatment plan.
