Dr. Ronnye C. Rutledge, MD, is an internal medicine and pediatrics physician who cares for both adults and children. At Grady, she works as a hospitalist, caring for patients with a wide range of medical conditions during their hospital stay.

Dr. Rutledge has a special interest in helping patients connect with community resources that support their health and well-being. Her work focuses on understanding how factors outside the hospital, including access to resources and services, can affect a patient’s health.

In addition to caring for patients, Dr. Rutledge is dedicated to training future physicians. She serves as Core Faculty and Director of the Longitudinal Advocacy Curriculum for Emory’s Combined Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Program, where she teaches physicians how to recognize barriers to healthcare and better advocate for the patients and communities they serve.
