Doctor's Bio
Dr. Meredith Greer, MD, is a board-certified pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine physician who cares for patients with serious lung and breathing conditions at Grady. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of complex respiratory disorders, helping patients improve their breathing, sleep, and overall quality of life.
Dr. Greer earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. She then completed fellowship training in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, followed by advanced fellowship training in Sleep Medicine at Emory University.
Her clinical interests include sleep apnea, chronic respiratory failure, neuromuscular breathing disorders, obesity hypoventilation syndrome, and long-term ventilator management. Dr. Greer is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and works closely with patients and their families to develop personalized treatment plans that support long-term respiratory health.
