Doctor's Bio
Dr. Sona Arora, MD, is Clinical Director of Anesthesiology at Grady, where she helps lead the delivery of safe, high-quality anesthesia care for patients undergoing surgery and other procedures. She has a special interest in caring for older adults and is committed to improving the patient experience through safe, efficient, and evidence-based care.
In addition to her clinical leadership, Dr. Arora is passionate about educating the next generation of physicians. She serves as Associate Program Director for the anesthesiology residency program and plays an active role in teaching medical students and residents. Her work focuses on advancing patient care, improving operating room efficiency, and ensuring every patient receives compassionate, personalized care before, during, and after surgery.
