The Advice Nurse Center is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and helps patients access the healthcare services they need. The center is staffed by specially trained registered nurses. Grady Customer Service helps patients understand their rights and responsibilities. This department handles issues or complaints that affect patient care and satisfaction, including patient concerns, medication refills, language interpretive services, and billing issues.
Translation services are provided for patients who do not speak English, as well as those who are hearing impaired.
