What You Need to Know
Before your visit, you may receive a text or email with a link to start pre-registering online. That means no clipboard, no paper forms, and no waiting when you arrive.
From your phone or computer, you can:
- Update your contact and insurance info
- Add emergency contacts
- Upload a photo of your insurance card
- Sign any required forms
On your appointment day, once you’re checked in, you’re ready to be seen. It’s that easy.
