Grady Named One of Georgia’s Best Employers by Forbes

Grady Health System has been recognized as one of the best employers in Georgia, according to Forbes’ fourth annual list of “America’s Best Employers by State.”

“Grady is honored to be one of Georgia’s best employers,” said John M. Haupert, president and CEO of Grady. “This recognition acknowledges our commitment to cultivating a positive work environment where employees can thrive. We realize that providing them with the resources to be successful translates to better care for our patients.”

Forbes partnered with market research company Statista to compile the list, surveying 70,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 500 employees. Surveys were conducted anonymously, asking participants to rate employers based on the safety of working conditions, competitive pay, opportunities for career growth, flexibility to work remotely, and diversity initiatives.

The final list ranks the 1,382 employers across varying industries that received the greatest number of recommendations in each of the 50 states and the District of Columbia.
