Welcome to Our North Fulton Health Center

At the North Fulton Health Center, we specialize in preventative care for all ages to help you stay healthy. And offer on-demand video visits when you are sick so you can feel better fast.

If you have a chronic condition – like diabetes or high blood pressure – we’ll help you set healthy goals and meet them.

We do it by surrounding you with care. Your doctor, nurses, nutritionists, therapists, and others working together for you. We run tests using our onsite lab and X-ray equipment. That means we can care for you whether you need a routine exam, care for allergies or chronic conditions, or treatment for aches and pains.

We have a long history of caring for the health of the community. And we’re adding services to meet the changing needs of our patients and their families.

Get the expert medical care you need close to home at North Fulton Health Center.
