At our Asa Yancey Health Center, you don’t just get primary care. You get an entire healthcare team focused on keeping you and your family healthy – all under one roof.

  • Primary Care for Adults (18+): Care to help adults and seniors stay healthy. Get routine checkups, health screenings, chronic disease management, well-woman exams, HIV care, mental health support, and more.
  • Senior Care for Adults (65+): Checkups, chronic disease management, and medication reviews for adults 65+. Coordinated care for seniors managing diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, and more.
  • Orthopedic Care: Care to get you back to moving comfortably. We treat non-surgical joint pain, sports injuries, and everyday muscle aches.
