At our Candler Outpatient Center, you don’t just get primary care. You get an entire healthcare team focused on keeping you and your family healthy – all under one roof.

• Primary Care for Adults (18+): Care to help adults and seniors stay healthy. Get routine checkups, health screenings, chronic disease management, well-woman exams, HIV care, mental health support, and more.
• Same-day Visits: Perfect for non-emergency concerns like flu, sinus, earaches, and UTIs. Our nurse practitioners are here to help you feel better fast. Find a same-day appointment here.
• Video Visits: Can’t make it in for care? You can see a Grady provider through a secure video visit on your smartphone, tablet, or computer. See a provider by video now.
• Lab and Imaging Services:  Get bloodwork done, and get X-rays and mammograms – all right here.
