Jinu P. Kamdar, MD
Dr. Jinu Kamdar, MD, is a general surgeon at Grady with expertise in minimally invasive and robotic surgery. He cares for patients with a wide range of surgical conditions and is committed to using advanced techniques to provide safe, effective care and support a smoother recovery whenever possible.
Dr. Kamdar earned his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin and completed his general surgery residency at the University of Arizona. He served for 11 years as a surgeon in the U.S. Navy, including a deployment during the Iraq War, before returning to Atlanta to practice surgery.
In addition to caring for patients at Grady, Dr. Kamdar is passionate about surgical education and training the next generation of surgeons in advanced minimally invasive and robotic techniques.
