Doctor's Bio
Dr. Fraser is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in the care of complex fractures and trauma-related injuries. She earned her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and her medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine, followed by a five-year residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Emory University. During her training, her time at Grady Memorial Hospital solidified her passion for trauma care.
She then completed advanced fellowship training in orthopaedic trauma at the world-renowned R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, Maryland, where she refined her expertise in complex injury management and deepened her interests in surgical education and research.
Dr. Fraser’s clinical practice spans the full spectrum of fracture care, including pelvic and acetabular trauma, upper extremity fractures, and the management of complications such as infections or non-healing fractures. She is committed to delivering patient-centered care and guiding patients through recovery on some of the most challenging days of their lives.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Fraser is passionate about mentoring the next generation of orthopaedic surgeons and advancing opportunities for women in orthopaedics.
