Doctor's Bio
Damara P. Aldridge is an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner – Adult Gerontology, certified by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana Tech University; transitioning into nursing, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of West Georgia and her Master of Science in Nursing at South College. Her combined foundation in business and healthcare enables her to integrate clinical expertise with operational insight to improve patient care delivery.
With ten years of experience as an ICU Registered Nurse, Aldridge has advanced patient outcomes through clinical leadership, mentorship of emerging nurses, and active involvement in unit-based quality initiatives. She is committed to clinical excellence, patient safety, and continuous professional growth. Guided by empathy and a patient-centered approach, she strives to make a meaningful impact on the individuals and communities she serves.
She currently practices as a Nurse Practitioner in Colon and Rectal Surgery at Grady Memorial Hospital.
