Chrystal D. Hawkins, ANP-BC, completed her post-graduate education as an Adult Health Nurse Practitioner from UAB in 2010. Her Undergraduate degree was completed at the University of West Georgia. Chrystal’s clinical experience encompasses the care of adult patients with multiple clinical comorbidities and primary care management. Chrystal also has experience in Hospice-End of Life Care and Substance Abuse treatment.
