Chrystal D. Hawkins, NP-BC

Chrystal completed her Postgraduate education as an Adult Health Nurse Practitioner from UAB in 2010. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of West Georgia. Chrystal’s clinical experience encompasses care of the adult patient with multiple clinical comorbidities and primary care management. She also has experience in hospice-end-of-life care and Substance Abuse treatment.
