The Grady Administrative Fellowship gives emerging healthcare leaders the opportunity to learn by doing—working alongside leaders across one of the nation’s busiest and most complex health systems.

Program details

Over 24 months, two fellows will gain hands-on experience across hospital operations, patient care, finance, strategy, community health, and organizational leadership while contributing to projects that have a real impact on Grady and the communities we serve.
