Doctor's Bio
Dr. Jennifer H. Gross, MD, is a head and neck surgeon who specializes in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of both cancerous and noncancerous tumors of the head and neck. At Grady, she provides advanced surgical care for conditions affecting the mouth, throat, voice box, salivary glands, thyroid, and other head and neck structures, with expertise in complex reconstructive surgery to restore appearance, speech, and swallowing after treatment.
Dr. Gross earned her medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine and completed her otolaryngology residency at Washington University in St. Louis, followed by advanced fellowship training in Head and Neck Oncologic Surgery at the University of Miami.
Using advanced techniques, including microvascular reconstruction and transoral robotic surgery, Dr. Gross is committed to helping patients achieve the best possible cancer outcomes while preserving function and quality of life. In addition to caring for patients, she is actively involved in research focused on improving recovery and long-term outcomes after head and neck cancer surgery.
