At our Kirkwood Health Center, you don’t just get primary care. You get an entire healthcare team focused on keeping you and your family healthy, all under one roof.

  • Primary Care for Adults (18+): Care to help adults and seniors stay healthy. Get routine checkups, health screenings, chronic disease management, well-woman exams, HIV care, mental health support, and more.
  • Pediatric Care (Birth to 18): Care for babies, kids, and teens. Everything from wellness checkups, sick visits, vaccinations, and asthma and diabetes management.
  • Eye Care: Get your vision checked and screened for eye diseases like glaucoma and cataracts. Update your eyeglass prescription and find out if you need corrective lenses.
  • Heart Care: Care to manage high blood pressure, cholesterol, and heart issues caused by AFib, diabetes, heart attack, and heart disease.
  • OB/GYN Care: Get compassionate pregnancy care from our Certified Nurse Midwives. And stay on top of your health with pelvic exams, PAP tests, breast exams, and more.

The pharmacy is open Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and closes daily from 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m. When you need a refill, use MyChart or call (404) 616-5500.
