At our Camp Creek Comprehensive Care Center, you don’t just get primary care. You get an entire healthcare team focused on keeping you and your family healthy – all under one roof.

  • Primary Care for Adults (18+): Care to help adults and seniors stay healthy. Get routine checkups, health screenings, chronic disease management, well-woman exams, HIV care, mental health support, and more.
  • Pediatric Care (Birth to 18): Care for babies, kids, and teens. Everything from wellness check-ups, sick visits, vaccinations, and asthma and diabetes management.
  • Eye Care: Get your vision checked and screened for eye diseases like glaucoma and cataracts. Update your eyeglass prescription or find out if you need corrective lenses.
