Grady Health System’s commitment to integrity, ethics and quality care extends across all of our personnel and to everyone with whom we interact and do business. Grady Health System is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our written standards and policies contain general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethical conduct.

Grady Health System is committed to maintaining an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management with questions or concerns, including instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

In situations where you prefer to place a report to the Grady Health System Compliance Department, we encourage you to use this hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. You may submit reports relating to violations of our written standards and policies, as well as ask for guidance related to compliance or ethics matters.

The information you provide to EthicsPoint will be sent to us in a format that is confidential and protects your identity, if you should choose. We take all reports about compliance and ethics matters seriously and will review each report for appropriate handling and resolution.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
