Deirdre A. Cosby, MD

Assistant Medical Director

Dr. Cosby currently serves as Associate Professor of Clinical Psychiatry, Morehouse School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. She earned a B.S. Degree in Zoology, from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina and her M. D. degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville TN. She completed her post-graduate Training at Morehouse School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry.
Dr. Cosby is a Diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Inc. She serves as the Assistant Medical Director of Grady Behavioral Health Services, a training site for Morehouse School of Medicine third year medical students and psychiatry residents. Additionally, she serves as the MSM, Psychiatry Residency Program Training Director.
Dr. Cosby is also a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.
