The Executive Committee of the Grady Memorial Hospital Corporation Board of Directors will hold a called meeting on Thursday, May 5, at 3:30 p.m. in the boardroom of the 1-B administration suite on the first floor of Grady Memorial Hospital. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the appointment of a new member to the Grady Health Foundation Board of Directors. A portion of the meeting may be held in executive session to discuss personnel matters.
