Grady’s Neighborhood Health Centers offer primary care and more for men and women of all ages. Primary care is having one doctor (or clinic) for all of your general healthcare needs. It is an important part of staying healthy. Grady’s primary care doctors offer complete care for all parts of your body and for most diseases. If your doctor feels you need to see a specialist, they will refer you to one.

If You are Sick
If you are sick and need to see the doctor, call the center. A nurse may ask you a few questions that will help them decide how soon you need to be seen. If it is a weekend or holiday, call the Grady’s Advice Nurse at (404) 616-0600 (available 24 hours a day).

Please bring these things with you:

• Your appointment slip, your insurance card and identification
• All of your medicine bottles
• Any papers or records from other doctors
• Any questions you have for your doctor. It is a good idea to write your questions down before you come.

Some same-day appointments are available. However, we recommend you call first.
